Mini Session FAQs
Q: What is a mini session?
A: Mini sessions offer a simple & convenient format for capturing photos of your family at a super affordable price! Plus, the short session time makes it easy for those who don't have a lot of time to spare – or don't want to spend a ton of time in front of the camera.
Q: When can I expect to receive my digital photos?
A: About 2 weeks after your session you'll receive an online gallery with 25+ edited images to choose your 5 selects.
Q: What if I LOVE all my photos—can I purchase extras or all?
A: Yes! For an extra fee, you can absolutely purchase additional images or even your full gallery.
Q: What if none of these dates/locations work for me?
A: Feel free to reach out and let me know your circumstances. You can also join my email list as I announce my mini sessions seasonally. Contact me at info@kaitlynhoffmanphotography.com.
Q: How should I prep for my mini session?
A: Plan to arrive a few minutes early. Make sure everyone is well fed. And don't forget a little treat or bribe candy (marshmallows or gummies work great) to keep small kiddos happy & engaged.
Q: What should I wear during my session?
A: Coordinate your family's outfits by picking 2-3 colors to work with. Add in 1 or 2 patterns that compliment or different shades/hues of those colors. Include textures when possible (velvet, corduroy, faux fur, etc.) When in doubt, neutral or earth tones are always a safe bet.
Q: Can we include our pets?
A: Absolutely!
